Cake Basic Course

    In this day course I will show you how a motive cake gradually is made:

  • Learning how to evenly divide the biscuits and then soaked in syrup and filled with ganache
  • Tips and Tricks on how to paint a ganache filled cake to achieve sharp edges
  • The perfectly prepared cake is covered with the self , according to your wishes , colored fondant . The cake will have a height of about 10 cm and are made of 4 layers of biscuit and 3 layers of filling
  • A Cake board is covered with fondant and wrapped with matching satin ribbon
  • Participants decorate their cake according to their wishes and ideas.

Participants select between vanilla or chocolate biscuit, which is filled with ganache and pocketed.

I produce the biscuit, the ganache and the syrup. The participants will receive a small dossier with all recipes.

The number of participants is limited to 4-6 people.

The course fee is CHF 250.- incl. material and transport box.

The courses are held in Meilen at my home.
